Agents

Agents built around your business.

We develop AI assistants and applications that help customers, make company information searchable, and carry out tasks in your software. We tailor capabilities, interfaces, and integrations to the people who will use them.

Applications

From customer support to business processes.

Answering enquiries, finding information, preparing documents, and carrying out tasks in your software. These are some of the possibilities: we can start with a single task, check the results, and decide together how to extend the project.

Customer assistants

They help people choose products, answer service questions, and gather enquiries. When a person is needed, they pass the conversation and the information already collected to your team.

Internal AI chat

A space where your team can consult documents, compare information, and prepare work materials. Answers refer to company sources, with access defined for each role.

AI in your CRM and software

Conversation summaries, document drafts, and task updates, directly in the tools you use. We develop AI features in existing systems or within a new application.

Agents for business processes

They read requests and documents, extract the information needed, and carry out defined steps in business software. We design the complete workflow, including exceptions and tasks requiring your team’s attention.

Tailored design

An architecture designed for your business.

We design how agents, data, and software work together. The result can be an assistant dedicated to a single task or a system coordinating several business functions.

The information to work with

We identify the documents, records, and data needed, how to make them searchable, and how to keep them up to date.

The tasks to carry out

We define what each agent can do, which tools it can use, and when it must ask for approval.

The space to use it

We design the interface around the people using it: a chat, a CRM feature, or a dedicated platform.

We check integrations against the software involved. We use APIs and, where supported, MCP to give agents access to the functions they need.

How we work

Design and development, in one project.

We take care of both how the system works and the experience of the people using it. From the first decisions through to launch, we bring business needs, interfaces, and technology together.

  1. We start with your work

We talk to the people doing the tasks to understand what takes time, where information gets lost, and what would help. This shapes the project and how we assess its results.

  2. We make the project usable

We develop interfaces, logic, and integrations. We share the work during development so your team can try it and contribute to the decisions.

  3. We test it in practice

We test the system on representative cases, including incomplete requests and exceptions. Before launch, we check answers, actions, and handoffs to people.

  4. We plan what comes next

We agree on training, support, and maintenance. How the system is used helps us understand what to improve and which other tasks to address.

Human oversight

You decide what to entrust to agents.

Autonomy is designed around the tasks. An agent can consult information, prepare a proposal, or carry out an operation: together, we define where it can proceed and where a person is needed.

Defined access

Each agent uses the data and functions specified for its task.

Targeted approvals

Operations requiring a decision wait for the person responsible.

Traceable operations

We plan the records needed to check completed tasks and their outcomes.

Team intervention

We establish when to stop the workflow and involve a person, without losing the information already gathered.

Research and development

A local AI project to develop together.

We can start a research project with your company using NVIDIA DGX Spark, a compact computer designed to develop and run AI models. We begin with a concrete task and the available data to explore which models to use, how to adapt them, and which applications to build for your team.

More control over data

Process documents and information on your company’s machine, defining which tasks can use external services and which data can leave the device.

Models adapted to your work

Consult company sources and, where useful, assess targeted training on selected examples. These are two different ways to adapt the system to your tasks.

Less reliance on the cloud

Run some tasks locally. We assess potential savings against usage, hardware, energy, and maintenance, as well as external services.

From company data to a prototype you can try.

We develop and test the system with your team. We check feasibility, answer quality, costs, and performance with a prototype before deployment.

This is a dedicated research project. Other Agents projects can be built without local hardware or model training.

Your project

What would you like to work on?

You do not need a fully defined project. In our first meeting, we discuss the tasks you want to improve, the tools you use, and the people involved to understand where to start.
