Data we collect
When you sign in to the chat with Google we receive the stable Google account identifier, the verified email address and, when available, your name. We keep these as a Licosa contact; we never receive or store your password, access token or refresh token. When you email us or book a call on Cal.com we collect your name, email and any message. With your consent we also collect aggregate site usage statistics through Google Analytics 4.
Purposes
Creating a secure session, enabling the chat, preventing abuse, replying to your request and handling bookings. With your consent, measuring in aggregate how the site is used and how many consultation requests we receive. Any further commercial communication requires separate, explicit consent.
Legal basis
Pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject (art. 6.1.b GDPR) for chat, requests and bookings; legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f) for security, abuse prevention and technical operation; consent (art. 6.1.a) for Google Analytics 4 statistics and for any marketing.
Usage statistics
We count visits in aggregate with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and does not identify individual visitors: this count runs for every visitor. Google Analytics 4 is loaded only if you accept it in the banner; without consent no data is sent to Google. We do no advertising tracking, remarketing or advertising profiling. The aggregate count by Cloudflare relies on our legitimate interest and identifies no individual visitor; you can object at any time (GDPR art. 21) by writing to the address above.
Retention
Google contact, emails and requests: up to 24 months from the last meaningful interaction. The technical session expires after 7 days. Google Analytics 4 data is retained for 2 months. Your cookie choice stays on your device for 6 months. Accounting data, if you become a client: 10 years, as tax law requires.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and you can withdraw consent at any time as easily as you gave it. To exercise them write to [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
Providers and transfers
Cloudflare handles hosting, session, database and aggregate statistics; Google Ireland Limited provides Google Analytics 4; Google Identity Services verifies identity; Cal.com handles bookings. Pages also load typefaces from Google Fonts and some icons from cdn.simpleicons.org: to deliver those files, these services receive the visitor IP address, without consent and on this page too; they set no cookies and are not used for profiling. Some processing may take place outside the EU under the safeguards declared by those providers, including Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.
Cookies
See our dedicated Cookie Policy, which also explains how to change your choice at any time.
